Terms and Conditions E-Commerce 

'No fault' returns within 14 working days
Right to cancel:you can cancel your purchase within 14 working days of
delivery of your product by:

returning the product to one of our stores (if you have paid by credit/debit
card don't forget to bring your original card and receipt with you to the
store so your card can be credited)
e-mailing us at pturner@anglia-ps.wanadoo.co.uk

notifying us by phone on 01986-873333/01728-724350;
writing to After Sales, Anglia Photographic and Sports, 63 The Thoroughfare, Halesworth, Suffolk, IP19 8AR.
A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the
original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded video tapes, DVDs, CDs,
Minidiscs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with
the product must also be returned.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

you cannot provide proof of purchase;
there is a service contract with the product (e.g. a mobile phone) which has
commenced;
the seal has been broken on any software including games.
Where there is no fault with the goods, we do not refund delivery charges
and we will charge for collecting the goods if they are not taken into a
store.

Return of faulty goods within 28 Days
If your product goes wrong within 28 days of delivery: please phone Anglia Photographic and Sports 
Aftersales on 01986-873333 / 01728- 724350 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) or return it to
Halesworth or Framlingham. If faulty we will replace it or refund your money.

If your product is faulty we will replace it when:

the product is otherwise in 'as-new' condition.
We will refund your money when:

when the product is otherwise in 'as-new' condition;
the product is complete with the original box, packing and accessories;
you return any free gifts offered with the product.
If a pre-recorded video tape, DVD, CD, Minidisc or other software is faulty
under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund
your money.

This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for
which there can be no refund or exchange.

Where there is a fault with the goods and a refund is requested, we will
refund delivery charges, and we will pay for the costs of collecting the
goods if they are not taken into a store.

Return of faulty products after more than 28 Days
All Anglia photographic and Sports products carry a minimum one-year guarantee (not including
consumable products ie. batteries, tapes, films, vacuum cleaner bags,
filters). Once your product is more than 28 days old (but within the 1-year
guarantee) we will repair it free of charge if it is faulty.

This does not apply:

outside the UK;
to faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse.
If a pre-recorded video tape, DVD, CD, Minidisc or other software is faulty
under guarantee we will not repair it but will happily exchange it for the
same title or refund your money.

We will not refund delivery charges or meet the costs of collecting the
goods if they are not taken into a store.

These terms and conditions do not alter your rights
